You have a tutor team at your disposal to help you with any queries.  However, please remember that your tutor cannot help you with matters relating to administration.  Details of the Administration Department are given below.  If there are parts of the course material that you need help with your tutor team are ready to assist you.

Your tutor team are available from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The Administration Department is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Please help your tutor team by ensuring that you only contact them with teaching matters.

Remember that you can submit your Tutor Marked Assignments at any time by going to the CLASSROOM in My Student World. Within the CLASSROOM environment you can also view your Progress Reports.

Webmail is available to all students, you can send your tutor team a webmail message by going to the WEBMAIL environment within My Student World, however, please make sure you only send webmail message which relate to teaching matters. Your tutor team are unable to help you with matters relating to anything other than teaching matters.
